The staff are flexible and the room was a decent size and contemporary with specious bed.

The property is clean and the room is spotlessly clean and contemporary. Consistently courteous and amazingly nice staff as one would expect. - the breakfast variety is amazing and lovely with options like Ham and Indian vegetarian dishes.

The bathroom smelled like a bathroom and it rather surprised us to have a 35th floor.

I had a really nice stay. the venue was quiet and stunningly beautiful. - the location was perfect, just off other Cotai Strip casinos, with a shopping area, restaurants, gym, pool.

I like to stay here more thats why i am extant my stay here more than 10days but in 10days being long stay guest you must provide internet free in the room your charging 160 dollors this what i don't like because when i stay in hong kong holiday in its free inter net why can't here? How much your going to loss on this free? services? When where paying this much for room rent you must thing about this because here in macau there many hotels are providing free net in room why can't you people can't do this

What I like about Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central is the service. I booked a superior room for my honeymoon. I wrote it down when booked the hotel. When arrived for check in, the receptionist said that my room was upgraded by the hotel managers to a deluxe suite room and guess what, IT'S FREE UPGRADED. Hahaha.... Both of us were really happy :) In addition, when arrived at the room, the manager already prepared a Welcome Card said to enjoy our honeymoon trip with Holiday Inn and a plates of sweet chocolate. The bed also decorated with a pair of goose and a red rose. We are welcomed so friendly ^_^ We enjoyed our honeymoon perfectly, hahaha... The other positive points about this hotel is the location which located in the central of the town in Cotai. So if we cross the roads about 5 mins then we can find the Venetian Hotel. Another side of the hotel are the Hard Rock Hotel, City of Dreams and Hyatt. It is very convenient. There is also a free shuttle bus service from/ to the Macau International Airport, stand by to pick up their guest from the airport and to drive them back. The hotel also provides the shuttle bus all the way to the Macau Ferry Terminal in the Macau Island before continued with other transportation. So, don't worry for the transportation. You can also deposit your luggage in the luggage counter (if you already checked out), so you don't need to worry about carry your luggage with you while you still need to travel around there. Overall, me and my husband rate this hotel with an excellent rate. Don't miss to stay at this hotel when you go to Macau.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with an incredibly beautiful view of Venetian Lake and the outdoor pool. the hotel has a central location, and they offer extensive breakfast options. - Nearby Market Bistro is a great place to chill out.

The check-in time is very late and not earlier than 3pm. Hope the check-in time can be earlier at noon. Thanks.

It's above my expectations and value for money.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the lively Cotai Strip. I loved being next to the shopping mall and surrounded by all the famous casinos. The service here was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and ironing facilities. The swimming pool was a great bonus, and I enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing in the Jacuzzi. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The bell desk and concierge were efficient and attentive. The room cleanliness was 5-star, with polite and friendly attendants. The pool team was very nice and the pillows on the beds were extra amazing. The central location within the Cotai Strip complex was convenient. The contemporary surroundings and comfortable color scheme were enjoyable. The large windows in the rooms made them airy and the air conditioning system was easily adjustable. The swimming pool, heated pool, and Jacuzzi were a fantastic addition, along with the nice and toasty sauna. Towels and slippers were provided.
