Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central - Macau

I like to stay here more thats why i am extant my stay here more than 10days but in 10days being long stay guest you must provide internet free in the room your charging 160 dollors this what i don't like because when i stay in hong kong holiday in its free inter net why can't here? How much your going to loss on this free? services? When where paying this much for room rent you must thing about this because here in macau there many hotels are providing free net in room why can't you people can't do this

What I like about Holiday Inn Macao Cotai Central is the service. I booked a superior room for my honeymoon. I wrote it down when booked the hotel. When arrived for check in, the receptionist said that my room was upgraded by the hotel managers to a deluxe suite room and guess what, IT'S FREE UPGRADED. Hahaha.... Both of us were really happy :) In addition, when arrived at the room, the manager already prepared a Welcome Card said to enjoy our honeymoon trip with Holiday Inn and a plates of sweet chocolate. The bed also decorated with a pair of goose and a red rose. We are welcomed so friendly ^_^ We enjoyed our honeymoon perfectly, hahaha... The other positive points about this hotel is the location which located in the central of the town in Cotai. So if we cross the roads about 5 mins then we can find the Venetian Hotel. Another side of the hotel are the Hard Rock Hotel, City of Dreams and Hyatt. It is very convenient. There is also a free shuttle bus service from/ to the Macau International Airport, stand by to pick up their guest from the airport and to drive them back. The hotel also provides the shuttle bus all the way to the Macau Ferry Terminal in the Macau Island before continued with other transportation. So, don't worry for the transportation. You can also deposit your luggage in the luggage counter (if you already checked out), so you don't need to worry about carry your luggage with you while you still need to travel around there. Overall, me and my husband rate this hotel with an excellent rate. Don't miss to stay at this hotel when you go to Macau.

Quiet, convenient from HK to Macau Cotai central, room is fit for executive.

Among all the hotel shuffle buses from & to other outlet points, the worst servce is the route: Hotel to Macau Ferry Terminal, always out of frequency, arrival & departure not in time. I had to wait for more than 45 min to catch a bus. Quite distrurbing when doing business.

Holiday Inn Macao Cotai was really good hotel, services were excellent, clean and tidy. The food was very delicious, me and my mum love it. All the staff are friendly and helpful, very appreciated.

The one that I don't really like is the hotel is so huge, sometime a bit confused. But after stay one day, I will remember the location.

My room that I reservation was not available when the time I check in (3 pm), they said the guest last night still not leave, the guest has the right to live half day more if he willing to paid half day, I got my room after 8 pm. Its not fair for me, because I paid the room rate from 3 pm to the next day 11 am, but I got the room after8 pm. What can I do?

Very centrally surrounded with the big players hotel.

Casino with toooooo much smoke. It was very funny that a non smoking hotel but the casino which is situated in the hotel itself, is allowed to smoke! It's crazy! Isn't it they are sharing the same air?

Over all hotel service is up to standard and meet satisfaction.

However the noodle restaurant in the casino service is horrible.

The internet service was subpar. Overpriced at $25 / day, while availability was spotty most days.
